Most frequent questions and answers
Thank you for your PHARM PICKED order! Orders require 1-2 weekdays to process at our warehouse, and then they are shipped with 2-day shipping. This means that orders can take 4-5 business days to be delivered, but often they are delivered in 3. If your order is placed on a Friday, please note that your order will usually ship out on Monday.
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as the order ships. Keep an eye on your Spam folder in case it lands there! If you do not receive tracking information within 3-4 days of placing your order, email [email protected] so that we can check on the status for you!
You should have received a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If you did not receive the email, be sure to check your Spam folder. If your tracking number says that it was delivered, we’ve found that, more often than not, the package is either about to be delivered, or it is already in the building or with a neighbor. If you can’t locate your order, just contact us at [email protected] and we’ll take care of you.
Order confirmation emails are automatically sent after each order is placed. Be sure to check your Spam folder in case it lands there! If you are still not able to find it, you may have placed your order with a different or an incorrectly entered email address. In this case, please reach out to us at [email protected] with the name on your order and all possible email addresses so that we can check the status.

Most of our products are dairy and gluten free. However, please keep in mind that it is advisable to check the ingredients list in the description before you order, to verify that you have the most relevant information that applies to the product you want purchase, as formulas may change from time-to-time. Any PHARM PICKED product with an ingredient containing or derived from a major food allergen is clearly labeled to indicate the presence of the allergen.
All of our products are manufactured in the USA to meet our high quality standards. Specifically, our manufacturing facilities are located in both Utah and Georgia.
Our CareKits are creations that our pharmacists made to help organize and support your health demands. These tailored, 30 day-supply mailer kits, come organized with all the products needed to help support the demands of the body and its various stages of health. Some CareKits come with a corresponding Self-Care Guide. These guides were made for you to reinforce new daily habits, so you can best support your particular health demands.
PHARM PICKED stands for Pharmacist Picked. We are pharmacists that pick our product’s specific: ingredients, dosages, frequencies, product combinations, batch tests, quality, etc.
We also strive to have our premium, NON-GMO, PHARM PICKED products, represent the freshness and high-quality of “Farm Picked” ingredients.
