Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

As pharmacists, we love the products we’ve made, and we think you will too. If, after trying them, you find that you’re unsatisfied for any reason, just let us know so that we can help you return your products within 30 days of ordering for a full refund (less any applicable shipping fees).

This policy is only applicable for products purchased from us directly at www.pharmpicked.com. If you purchased from a different retailer please refer directly to their return/refund policy.

To receive your refund or replacement, please contact us by email at [email protected]To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For faster service, please have your order confirmation number and your original packaging available. We may also request that you return your product, although such return is not required in order for you to receive your refund or replacement. 

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to process. Your refund will be processed to original payment method provided at time of purchase. Please note that your refund will be subject to any applicable shipping fees if your total order was less than $25.00. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
